We have three convenient Pahrump, Nevada locations to store your belongings.
Our main office is located by the airport at 900 Simkins Road, Pahrump, NV 89060.
We also have two satellite facilities down the road located at 1480 E Basin Road & 375 Oxbow E Ave.

Yes, we are a friendly neighborhood U-Haul dealer!
You can reserve a U-Haul moving truck with us over the phone or by visiting our Basin and Simkins locations.
Our Basin location offers 24/7 U-Haul truck rental. You can pick them up and return them at anytime from our front parking lot using your U-Haul app. For 24/7 U-Haul support call 833-399-0504, visit www.U-Haul or call the Las Vegas Regional Traffic Office 702-251-9282.
Our Simkins and Basin locations have a variety of moving supplies available for purchase including, tape, mattress covers, blankets, boxes, bubble wrap, rope, disc locks, and more!
We offer flexible month-to-month leases. We are happy to have you rent with us for as long as you need.
Our access hours are 7 days a week from 6am-10pm.
Let us know upon move in if you’re a business owner and need extended access to your stored business items. Upon request, business owners can receive 24-hour access with proof of ownership.
We know your belongings are valuable to you and that’s why we go the extra mile to keep them safe.
Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art security cameras with 24/7 Recording, electronic gate access, keypad entry, high quality thick doors, dusk-til-dawn lighting, disc locks for sale, and have an onsite manager to keep our facilities secure.
Yes, once you stop by the main office you will receive your own unique gate code from a manager.
Access and Security
We welcome a variety of vehicles in our facility including RV's, 5th wheels, campers, boats, and cars in running condition.
All you need is a valid form of government issued ID such as a driver’s license or passport as well as up to date proof of one of the following: vehicle registration, insurance, ownership, vehicle title, or a purchase agreement.
We offer uncovered outdoor parking spaces, perfect for your recreational, business, or extra vehicles.
We also have drive-up, covered units available for sports cars, motorcycles, trailers, and more!
Our uncovered parking spots are 10x25, 10x30, and 10x40.
We also have covered parking available in some of our larger storage units.
It’s essential to properly prepare your vehicle for short or long-term storage.
We recommend cleaning your vehicle including removing any valuables, important paperwork, food, or strong scented items before storing.
We also encourage tenants to bring wedges or bricks for your tires to ensure no unwanted movement will occur.
RV covers for the weather conditions are encouraged, let us know if you have questions about how to winterize your vehicle.
Vehicle Storage
You can rent or reserve a unit online 24/7, stop by the office or give us a call during business hours.
We offer flexible month-to-month leases. We are happy to have you rent with us for as long as you need.
We are transparent with our pricing. Please know that a one-time non-refundable Administrative Fee of $29 will be added to your rental at check-out.
Our facilities are very secure with 24/7 video surveillance, gated entry, an onsite manager, and more, but we’d always rather be safe than sorry when it comes to your vehicles and belongings, that is why we require insurance.
You are welcome to use your own or ours. We provide insurance through Bader and plans start as low as $13 with coverage up to $2,000 a month including vehicle coverage.
Yes, you don’t have to worry about making a manual payment every month.
Take advantage of our automatic payment system and never have to worry about a late payment again!
We accept card, check, and cash at all locations. We also offer online payments and autopay to make storing simple.
